- PCM 5℃: Suitable for thermal insulation of low-temperature environments and finishing of cold chain transportation-related materials, effectively slowing down temperature drop.
- PCM 25℃: Meets constant temperature needs close to room temperature, ideal for all-season textile fabrics.
- PCM 28℃: Matches the human body's comfortable temperature range, applicable to intimate clothing, home textiles and other products.
- PCM 31℃: Precisely aligns with human skin surface temperature, enhancing the constant-temperature comfort of wearable products.
- PCM 37℃: Specifically designed for medical care and intimate thermal insulation scenarios, maintaining a stable warm environment.

Considering the differences in production equipment and processes among various enterprises, we provide the PCM Microcapsules in two physical states for flexible selection:
- Slurry-type: It is easy to mix evenly with good fluidity and is suitable for compounding with other chemicals. It is easy to use and can be directly applied to processes such as padding and coating, especially for continuous production lines, improving production efficiency.
- Powder-type: It is easy to store and transport, and can be precisely weighed and proportioned according to needs. It is ideal for dipping and printing processes that require precise dosage control, and can also be used as a functional filler added to various substrates, fitting batch production scenarios.

3. Full-process Compatibility to Unlock Diverse Application Potential
- Padding Process: Suitable for continuous finishing of large-batch textile fabrics. The slurry-type can be evenly adhered to the fabric surface through padding equipment. It is simple to operate, highly efficient, and suitable for large-scale production.
Formula Recipe:
PCM Microcapsules: 50-400g/L
Binder: 20-50g/L
Softener: 20-50g/L
Processing:Padding(pick-uprate:70-80%)→Drying(80-100℃)→Curing(150±2℃×30s, or 130±2℃×2min)
- Dipping Process: For substrates requiring deep penetration (such as plush fabrics and porous materials), powder or paste type can be impregnated to allow the substrate to fully absorb the solution, achieving all-round heat storage and insulation functions.
Formula Recipe:
PCM Microcapsules: 5%-40% o.w.f.
Binder: 2%-5% o.w.f.
Softener: 2%-5% o.w.f.
Processing:Dipping(pick-uprate:70-80%)→Drying(80-100℃)→Curing(150±2℃×30s, or 130±2℃×2min)
- Printing Process: Combined with printing process, it can achieve localized thermal storage and insulation functions—for example, printing on specific parts of clothing (collars, cuffs, backs), precisely meeting partial temperature control needs. It is suitable for functional apparel and home textiles.

-Coating Process: The slurry-type can be used as a functional component of coating materials, which is coated on the substrate surface through coating equipment to form a uniform thermal storage and insulation coating.
